During the past 50-years the name “Harrison” has become synonymous with the most sought after custom homes in distinguished Denver area communities such as Cherry Hills Village & Greenwood Village, Colorado. The company is owned by Lynn Harrison. As a child, Lynn was mentored by his father, the company's founder, Aubrey Harrison. After Aubrey’s retirement in 1983, Lynn and his brother Rod continued the family tradition. Now, Lynn, Rod, Lynn's wife Pam, Lynn's son, Scott, and Scott's wife, Christie carry on a uniquely Colorado 50-year family legacy. Since 1955, Harrison Custom Builders, Ltd. has been crafting quality by building luxurious, old-world custom homes throughout the community.
Personal Service
As a family based business, Lynn, Rod and Scott serve as master builders and personally supervise each custom home built. We believe that custom homeowners deserve personal service and direct access to the builder. As such, each home we build receive personal attention and expertise in every phase of the construction process—ranging from site selection to completion of the final punch list. We can offer this type of consultative, personal service by building only the quantity of custom homes that we can personally supervise—a decision designed to keep quality at its best. Finally, our passionate dedication to detail shines in everything we do—from our exquisite finish work to our safe, clean construction sites that minimize neighborhood disruption.
Efficient & Transparent Business Practices
The Harrison business model saves the homeowner money and time. We build homes on an efficient, cost plus percentage basis. This business model benefits the homeowner in many ways. We pass on Harrison Custom Builders’ direct and competitive cost to the homeowner, allowing the homeowner maximum flexibility and control over construction and design choices as well as flexibility in project timing. Unlike other builders, we do not include padded estimates to protect our bottom line.
